We ship globally! Please note that shipping times and costs vary depending on your location.

5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. 

6. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Australia: 5-10 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days.
    Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday or holiday sales.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@thesimplesocietyshop.com.

9. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do! If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you.

10. What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at hello@thesimplesocietyshop.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Unfortunately we do not provide buy now, pay later options.

12. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications. Please contact us immediately at hello@thesimplesocietyshop.com if changes are needed and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Yes, our bedding is designed for convenience. Please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase for the best results.

14. What materials are your products made from?
Our bedding is made from a soft and durable cotton-polyester blend, while our other homewares feature high-quality, stylish materials.

15. Do you offer e-gift cards?
Yes, we do!
