Orders are fulfilled through our international supplier and warehouse network. Delivery times reflect international fulfilment and customs processing where applicable.

We ship our products worldwide from our various trusted warehouse partners and international supplier network worldwide (including Asia, Europe, the US, and Australia) depending on the item. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the item ordered.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates by working with reliable shipping partners, and offer free shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
Please note that we dispatch orders from our network of trusted suppliers and warehouses. Depending on product availability and your delivery location, items in your order may be shipped separately in multiple parcels. This ensures we can get your order to you as efficiently as possible, while maintaining the same level of quality and care across all shipments.
You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as each item has been dispatched.
Processing times can occasionally take a little longer during peak periods, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays can sometimes occur due to customs clearance, postal service disruptions, or unforeseen courier issues beyond our control.
To protect against these uncertainties, we recommend selecting our Parcel Protection option at checkout. This provides added peace of mind in case your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment via our order tracking portal directly on our website.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. The Simple Society is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be incurred.
Shipping Restrictions

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thesimplesocietyshop.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.
Parcel Protection
Parcel Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides additional coverage for your order during transit.
If you choose to add Parcel Protection, any delivery issues such as loss or damage will be prioritised for faster resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
If Parcel Protection is not selected, we will still assist you in investigating delivery issues with the courier and working towards a resolution. Please note that resolution timeframes and outcomes may vary depending on the carrier’s investigation process.
For customers seeking the most seamless and immediate support in the event of a delivery issue, we recommend selecting Parcel Protection at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thesimplesocietyshop.com.
We will work directly with the courier to investigate the issue and provide updates throughout the process.
For orders with Parcel Protection, eligible claims will be processed with priority support for replacement or refund where applicable.
For orders without Parcel Protection, we will still assist with courier investigations; however, resolution timelines and outcomes are subject to the carrier’s policies and investigation results.

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
