TSS began in our apartment with two founders, a moodboard of textures, and the belief that beautiful bedding shouldn’t be hard to find. We partnered with suppliers we trust, expanded the variety you asked for, and kept the process simple from checkout to unboxing. We’re proud to have furnished 15,000+ Aussie homes and to be regularly featured by the creators who inspire our community.
We ship worldwide. Orders leave our warehouse within 1–5 business days and every parcel is fully tracked. Shipping costs are shown at checkout and timing depends on your location. We partner with trusted carriers, but if anything goes wrong in transit, our delivery protection insurance team will make it right.

Yes. Once your order ships (usually within 1–5 business days), we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also track anytime via our Tracking Portal using your order number and email. If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days, contact our support team and we’ll help.
We process orders quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. Email hello@thesimplesocietyshop.com immediately with your order number and the change needed. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Once dispatched, changes aren’t possible and our returns policy applies after dispatch.
