Return Policy

At The Simple Society, we strive to ensure that you are delighted with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive store credit.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn or unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

Please email us at hello@thesimplesocietyshop.com to start a return process. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Parcel Protection

Please note, if you do not add parcel protection to your cart when checking out, we are not liable for any issues that arise with the courier or during delivery. This protection is your insurance for your parcel should you choose to add it.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon reception. If there's any issue with the item being defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalised items)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must return the original item using our standard return process. After accepting your return, you are free to place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with all tags and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credit for Returns

After receiving and inspecting your item, we will inform you if the return has been approved. If approved, you will receive store credit that will automatically be applied to your account within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the store credit. If you have not received your credit within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at hello@thesimplesocietyshop.com.
